How We Review: BINGOMAX's Criteria and Honest Limits
BINGOMAX is an independent guide — not a casino, not an operator: no deposits, no games, no player balances. Operator descriptions here come from reading published material against a fixed list of criteria, and this page publishes the list, the evidence rules, and the questions we cannot answer. 21+ only.
Why the method is published
A guide that will not say how it reached a conclusion is asking for trust it has not earned. Publishing the list has two effects. It lets you run the same checks yourself, on any operator, including ones this site has never written about. And it makes it harder for us to skip a criterion quietly when the answer is awkward, because the omission would be visible.
It also sets expectations in the right place. Nothing on this site comes from holding an account, timing a payout or talking to an operator's staff. It comes from reading what an operator chose to publish, and from noticing what it chose not to.
The criteria
| Criterion | The question | Why it earns a place |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Is a licensee and a regulator named in text on the operator's own pages? | A name can be checked against a regulator's published material; a logo cannot |
| Payment rails | Which named rails, and does the cashier state its own limits and cut-offs? | The rail decides whether a transfer is immediate or waits for a banking day |
| Terms clarity | Are wagering, expiry and maximum-bet rules legible in one careful read? | Unreadable terms are the most common hidden cost in this market |
| KYC rules | Which documents, and when is verification triggered? | Unfinished verification is the usual reason a first withdrawal waits |
| Complaint route | Does escalation exist beyond first-line chat, and is a regulator named? | A dispute with nowhere to go is a dispute you lose |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Are limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion self-service? | A control you must request is a control that arrives too late |
| Support channels | Which channels, which language, which hours? | Problems happen outside office hours |
| App distribution | Where does any app come from, and how does it update? | Without a store, source and signature are the only safeguards left |
Evidence rules
The test is reproducibility: if you cannot open the source, we do not write the claim.
- In: the operator's own terms, cashier, verification, complaints and responsible-gaming pages.
- In: public regulator and payment-provider material requiring no account.
- In: contradictions between an operator's own pages, which are findings in themselves.
- In: silence, recorded as silence.
- Out: screenshots from strangers, figures copied from other affiliate pages, testimonials, and numbers with no traceable source.
What we cannot answer
We hold no accounts and we run no tests against a cashier, so these stay out of reach permanently.
- How quickly a withdrawal is paid. The operator and the rail set that, and the cashier page is the live source.
- Whether a bonus will be honoured in your case under terms that may change after we read them.
- Whether a game's stated return matches the build an operator is actually serving.
- How support behaves on its worst night.
- Anything about your account.
Which is why every operator-specific number on this site is attributed to the operator and linked to its cashier page. We also never write that we tested something we did not test, in any phrasing.
No scores, no invented reviewers
No rating out of ten, no stars, no ranked table. Eight findings compressed to one digit lose exactly the detail that made them useful, and the digit is what gets remembered. Scores also look most confident when they are most out of date.
We publish under the site's name instead of inventing a reviewer with a photograph and a biography. Credentials are the first thing a reader cannot verify, which makes a fake author worse than no author.
Partner links
Some outbound links are partner links and may pay us a commission if you register after following one. It is also why an operator may know which site sent you, which is explained in more detail on our app safety page.
What that money reaches is link placement, and nothing else. No operator previews a draft, no payment removes a finding, and a partner with unclear terms is described as having unclear terms.
Dates and corrections
Each page shows publication and modification dates. We resist staleness structurally: describe the mechanism, link out for the figure. Mechanisms survive; figures do not.
Corrections are welcome through the contact route on our about page. Name the page and the sentence — if it is wrong, it changes, and the modified date records it.
What BINGOMAX is
A guide. Not a casino, not an operator, not an agent: no deposits taken, no games run, no balances held, no dispute settled from here. Anything that must happen to an account goes through the operator's support in writing, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published complaint channel.
Written for adults aged 21 and over, treating gambling as paid entertainment with a cost decided before a session begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you rate operators out of ten?
No. Eight criteria are reported separately in words, including when nothing is disclosed on a point.
Do you test cashiers?
No, and we never say we did. We hold no accounts, so payout speed is outside what we can know.
What does your evidence rule exclude?
Anything a reader cannot open: screenshots from strangers, figures recycled from other affiliate pages, testimonials and unsourced numbers.
Do you earn from links?
Some outbound links are partner links which may pay a commission. They never change the wording and no operator sees a draft.
Why do pages have no author name?
Because we will not invent one. Pages are published under the site's name rather than under credentials nobody could check.
Why no published fees or minimums?
They change, and a frozen figure misleads. We explain what drives them and send you to the operator's cashier page.
Can you contact an operator on my behalf?
No. Nothing on this site touches an operator's systems or your account. Work through the operator's complaints procedure, then the help section in your e-wallet, then PAGCOR's published route.
